Sorry about the radio silence! It has been really hectic here. Me and Lolita have been performing and rehearsing and getting ready for the premier of our new act. Beginning of June has been total mayhem.

First we were celebrating the 50th birthday of my darling Mr Tassel in a huge burlesque (I spelled it butlesque first… haha!) party. It was awesome all the way. The Valentino Sisters created special One-time-only-combination act just for the event. It was fun to do and we were requested that we don’t leave that just for one-timer. We’ll see 😉

We have been making costumes and rehearsing really hard, but I’ve been lacking enthusiasm for sewing the whole spring. I got it back in the end, but that means I’m still sewing my outfit on the last minute. Premier of our show will be the following Saturday, which is in four days. Yikes! It will be finished, but darn it means late nights by the sewing table.

We also got upcoming gigs in July and Autumn. We are preparing another new act which hopefully is ready for the Turku Burlesque Festival in October. So excited about all this!
